Bootspring provides AI-powered development tools, including intelligent agents, skill patterns, and MCP (Model Context Protocol) server capabilities for software development.

3. User Accounts#

You must provide accurate information when creating an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use#

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service

5. Subscription and Payments#

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

6. Intellectual Property#

Bootspring and its content are protected by intellectual property laws
You retain ownership of code and content you create using the Service
You grant us a license to use feedback you provide to improve the Service

7. Limitation of Liability#

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. IN NO EVENT SHALL BOOTSPRING BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

8. Changes to Terms#

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

9. Termination#

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms.
