Bootspring is an intelligent MCP server platform that provides AI-assisted development tools, including expert agents, skill patterns, and workflow orchestration. The Service is provided via CLI tools, web dashboard, and API endpoints.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
  • Share your account or API keys with others
  • Exceed your plan's usage limits through circumvention
  • Use the Service to develop competing products
  • Transmit malicious code or interfere with other users

5. Intellectual Property

Our IP: Bootspring, its agents, patterns, and documentation are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them except as permitted by your license.

Your IP: You retain ownership of your code and projects. We claim no ownership over content you create using the Service.

6. Subscription and Billing

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice
  • Refunds are provided only as required by law
  • Founder memberships are one-time purchases with lifetime access

7. Usage Limits

Each plan has specific limits on API calls, projects, and devices. Exceeding limits may result in throttling or suspension. We will notify you before taking action when possible.

8. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services (e.g., AI providers, payment processors). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED SUGGESTIONS WILL BE ACCURATE OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PURPOSE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOOTSPRING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bootspring from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the dashboard. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
